Is there any way we can have a central clearninghouse fund even if it isn't tax deductible? Would we have to actually pay taxes to the IRS or states in a situation like that? We never think about deductibility anyway 'cuz Mom and my Daddy do not make enough money to make itemizing worthwhile!!
